Not only can plots be added to MAPscript queues from CAD systems such as MicroStation but from any Windows application. MAPscript Server keeps track of who plotted what, from where and when. MAPscript can even prompt you for a cost code for a particular print and periodically produce a departmental invoice based upon the number and size of plots and the media used.

Quill is a true WYSIWYG word processor operating from a dialog box inside MicroStationŽ. With Quill you can easily create full featured and formatted text inside DGN files and import text form word processors and spread sheets. Your drawing notes, map legends, specifications, material lists, schedules and quantity lists can now be produced with a much higher quality of presentation, and spelling errors are a thing of the past with the Quill spell checker.

DGNConform is a simple, interactive symbology checker for MicroStationŽ DGN files. Operating with the same interface as a spell-checker, DGN Conform will step through every element in a DGN file, checking the symbology (level, color, weight, etc.) against a dictionary of allowable items. When a non-conforming item is found, DGN Conform, like a spell-checker, provides suggestion as to what the correct symbology should be.

The user has the option of changing the item, or adding the item as a new entry or just skipping it. The user can also call for a global "CHANGE ALL" which changes the incorrect element and any further occurrences in the design file without prompting.
